1. Information We Collect

• Identity Data: Full name, age, gender, and Government ID (Aadhaar) for KYC purposes.

• Contact Data: Phone number and email address.

• Financial Data: Bank account details (for Companion payouts) and payment history. We do not store credit card details; these are handled securely by Razorpay.

• Profile Data: Photos, bios, interests, and chat logs between users.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data exclusively to operate the marketplace, verify user identities to prevent fraud, process Escrow payments, and arbitrate disputes. Phone numbers are kept strictly confidential and are only revealed to the opposing party once a booking is confirmed and secured in Escrow.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies. Your data is only shared with trusted third parties necessary to operate the platform, including:

• Razorpay: For secure payment processing.

• Firebase / Google Cloud: For secure database and image hosting.

• Law Enforcement: We will comply with legally binding requests from Indian law enforcement agencies.

4. Data Deletion (Right to be Forgotten)

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data. Upon request, we will erase your public profile. However, we are legally required to retain transaction history and KYC records for a specific period to comply with Indian financial and anti-money laundering (AML) laws and for security and data minimization, all job applicant resumes stored on our servers are permanently and automatically deleted after 90 days of submission.
