We handle the background checks, secure the payments, and enforce the boundaries, so you can focus entirely on enjoying great companionship with peace of mind.

100% Govt ID Verified Profiles

Every single Companion (Hangmate) undergoes a strict offline verification process using valid Government IDs before their profile goes live. We do not allow fake profiles, aliases, or unverified accounts.

Escrow-Protected Payments

You never have to worry about cash exchanges or financial fraud. All payments are securely locked in Escrow (powered by Razorpay) and are only released to the Companion after your Hangout is successfully completed.

Strictly Public Locations

For the physical safety of both Clients and Companions, all Hangouts must take place in public settings (e.g., cafes, malls, restaurants, events). Booking a Hangmate for private residences or hotel rooms is strictly forbidden.

Zero Tolerance & Swift Arbitration

We strictly enforce our Platonic Policy. Any inappropriate behavior, romantic advances, or harassment results in an immediate, permanent ban. Our Trust & Safety team acts on dispute reports within 24-48 hours.

How to Report an Issue

In-App Reporting

Go to your Booking details and click "Report Issue". This immediately freezes Escrow funds and alerts our team.
